It’snt hard to maintain that things. Once you know what you’re supposted to go, you have to do the work seriously and use some good techniques to remember what you’ve are learning:

When beginning to read a new homework, take the introduction seriously, because it is the actual base of the whole part. Unless you have a good knowing of the introduction and base of every thing, the rest of the facts will be learned much easier.

If you are going to remember a certin name, year, number etc, we can use the brilliant method of accessoriation. If we are going to remember the number 046825, we must actually create a “index” for the brain to use to fast get the year:

Accessoriations

Accessoriations is a key solution for learning new things. Our brain are remembering things by it’s logic. So if we want to learn the year 046825, we can do following:

First we’re attempting to remember the name on the fly, by remembering which individual numbers which was present on the setence: 4 8 2 5 0 6.

Then we’re trying to figure out the actual order of the number,and we seen that it’s was not correct. Then we do following:

when we watch the correct number again, we pass a little structure of the number:

0-4-6-8-2-5

We think the following:

Zero first is easy to remember, because it’s used in every phone number. (Base accessoriation).

Then we think that we’re going four steps forward first, then two steps further, two steps further, then back four steps and then a given five.

We repeat the setence as following.

Zero - Four to six, to eight, back to two and finally five. We also create a little logic in the chaos, which helps the brain to remember the strokes.

The Entity method

Another method to learn a given setence is to bind the whole or part of it to another entity with an attribute of the given. It’s a powerful method, but it’s require something that shares the same fact.

If we are going to learn that there is 349 electors in the parlament, we must find a binding to it. We thought that a mouse could cost 349 kr in a store. So we bind it as following:

Often we’re in situations where we not can use only one method at all, we need to combine the methods to get best result. Parts of a number or name could be accessoriated while some other must get an abstract logic.

What we must do, is to find out the key setences, and bind them to a sequence. It’s especally important in the beginning of an essay. We can divide the facts into two layers, Alpha and Beta facts. Alpha facts are absolutely most important facts, the key facts we need to know to work out and learn the Beta facts. The facts i consider as beta, are often a more detalied description of the alpha facts. Without insight in the alpha fact, you won’t understand the beta fact correctly and fail at test.

Improving the test result

At the final part of a assignment or course, the examination, it’s very important to know the key goals, what the teacher are expecting of you. You can burn massive energy on things that the teacher never would look at, and fail. You must know what the teacher is trying to get you.

Meta studies is the solution of this. It means that, especally in the beginning of a given course, study the key goals of the course and memorize the targets. It help you soon to find the correct way to process an examination.

An examination is not only a test of your fact, it’s a test if you can show the knowledge on the way that the course plans are defining. Knowledge about the course iself (Meta Studie knowledge), will be handy because it helps you to find the important fact to study and learn and how you should show your new knowledge.

Important to know, the first days of an session in school, is great for meta studies. The lack of homework in the first week or so, can be used for teaching yourself of the meta studies. And it’s a good way to get warm in clothes - the homeworks will drop by very fast some days after the beginning, so you are ready for some speed in the work, and the meta studies will help you to find the correct goals of the homeworks you’re are commited to.

Reducing stress

Another thing that is important to know is that a you’re a human, not an robot and need to have pauses. Even if the homework piles are increasing by day and your amount of tests are increasing, you must apply “airholes” in your everyday life where you put the work aside. You’re a human, not a robot, and humans needs time for whiling and their own urges, such sleep, sex, food, relaxity. You cannot work the whole time, the effort and the results will decrease in quality as you’re exhaused, and it will corrupt the results of the work. The best solution for completing a high studie flow, is (at home), decide two or three “air hours”, when you not do any work at all, spend time on traing, relaxing, eating, watching tv or another thing wich are nice for you, and then use the rest of the hours more effectivity. The study methods will help you to maintain better results in short time, allowing you to relax a bit. A win-win situation.
